At present we aim to fulfill all orders within 21 days.

 

We will endeavour to fulfill all orders within our quoted time, however during very busy times these times may shift.

We always try and send out units via courier (ParcelForce or similar) and provide a tracking number when dispatched.

We only send our units within Mainland UK, oversees orders may be possible, but contact us before ordering.

We make every endeavour to package all our units to minimise any damage during transit. We are not responsible for damage caused in transit, as this is beyond our control and we cannot always obtain protection form courier companies for furniture. We will, of course will always assist in resolving any delivery issues.

All units are inspected for quality before being dispatched. Returns will only be accepted and full refunds will be given if the product is deemed to be sub-standard, the unit must be returned at buyers expense and inspected at our workshop before refund is issued.
